I have over 25 years experience with this organization both sales and service. Location was initially the prime reason. Can not compare with other Honda centers or non dealer locations. Prefer to work both sales and service. Location was initially the prime reason. Can not compare with other Honda centers or non dealer locations. Prefer to work with CJ Carranza. Would like to schedule specific advisor by phone or other contact. I use walk in to do this currently. More

Very clean and organized operation, will take my vehicle back anytime. Some people say dealerships over charge, but when you see the level of service, it’s the old adage you get what you pay for. I recently visited Autopark Honda service center for my accord software update recall. Service Co-ordinator Mark was of great help. He discussed well about car and what all services needed. He also include accord software update recall. Service Co-ordinator Mark was of great help. He discussed well about car and what all services needed. He also included multi-point inspection as complimentary for service. And it was quick enough. I waited in waiting area, Mark kept me posted with updates on vehicle. I will totally recommend Autopark honda dealer and service center for Honda owners. Staff is friendly and they listen to whatever doubts you have and provide quick solution over it. Communication was never a problem here. More

Brake issue lights came on suddenly and I went directly to Honda, Cary, NC. No appointment, just drove up. Mark took care of my issue and in one hour i was on my way back home where I'm safe.
