Came in with an airbag recall. Left with a new car. Went into the show room just to look after signing up for my recall rental (6-yr.-old Honda FIT for the Takata airbag problem), talked with saleswoman Went into the show room just to look after signing up for my recall rental (6-yr.-old Honda FIT for the Takata airbag problem), talked with saleswoman Jada Palmer, and a day later drove away with a brand new, red Honda FIT. The dealership tailored a package that made a new car possible on my fixed retirement income: decent trade in, better interest on the auto loan than my bank, straightforward pricing on the vehicle, and conversion of my Honda Care plan credit to my new car. Ms. Palmer provided a very nice, very positive, low stress car-buying experience. More

Great service and great waiting area! Mark was easy to work with and exceeded my expectations. Making appointments online is easy, service is always performed in a timely manner, and the vehicle is serviced/ repaired properly. Vehicle is as clean after service, as when it arrived. Recently worked with Mark Firestein on a major service (timing belt); Mark updated us during the process, kept us informed when the work would be complete, and was just a pleasure to work with. Our service experiences over the past seven years with AutoPark Honda played a major role in influencing our decision to lease a '15 Honda Accord Sport over a Mazda 6. AutoPark Honda is a well run, professional, dealership. More

Great Place to buy a car I visited a Toyota dealership before I went to Autopark Honda to look for a minivan, and the service was so much different. At Toyota, I got the vibe I visited a Toyota dealership before I went to Autopark Honda to look for a minivan, and the service was so much different. At Toyota, I got the vibe that I had to buy a car that day at that moment or else I am missing out on a great deal, but Honda just helped me with what I needed and were not pushy at all. I liked that they paid attention to what I was looking for and made the process of buying a car simple and straight forward. I would definitely recommend people to buy cars from this dealership. More
