Mark Flatten went well out of his way to make the experience one I wont forget, he was patient and attentive, and he really took the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle. He never once pressured me into making a decision, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had. When it came time to talk financing, the process was quick and painless. The finance manager, Mathew was transparent about all of my options and helped me find a plan that worked within my budget.
