beware and avoid this dealership As a 77 year old widowed male living in Florida I offered my Daughter in Aberdeen NJ to pay for a car for her up to a maximum of $13,000 as her 2001 M As a 77 year old widowed male living in Florida I offered my Daughter in Aberdeen NJ to pay for a car for her up to a maximum of $13,000 as her 2001 Mercedes ML320 with 112,000 miles was starting to require more maintaince (she was always a SUV driver) it took me sometime to convience her to consider a sub-compact vehicle with room for her 2 teenage daughters so we settled on a Nissan Versa Note SL Hatchback and used internet sights AUTO.COM and CARS.COM as they provide a program where you can enter the make, model and mile range from your zip code to see and compare all available units for sale(we used a mile range of 50 miles) While prices vary widely the lowest prices were from dealers in the Bronx and Manhatten but my daughter did not want to drive there so we settled on what we thaught was a fair price of $11,495 for a 2015 Versa Note Hatchback with 16,800 miles ,certified and under warranty from Route 46 Nissan so the next best thing my daughter contacted their internet sales consultant to varify availability and pricing. and a concern about trade-in value. My daughter thaught t the previous price was $10,995 but was corrected that it was $11,495 and available at this price and she should use their internet site Kelly Blue Book calculator to see what she would be expected to get for her trade in fair condition coming in at a value of $2100 to $2600 9the previous best trade-in value she had from another dealer was $1750.She made an appontment to test drive the selected vehicle assuming all should go smoothly, but when shee arrived at the dealership all xxxx brock out as she was advised that they will only give her $500 for her trade after 3 weeks earlier spending over $700 on new tires, alinement and a strut replacement and having all repair receipts from 2001Additionally advising her that they can not honor the internet pricing as it was her fault that she did not read the diisclaimer to the price and would have to pay $2000 over the internet price. My daughter was in complete distress, crying, and screeming that she had been fleeced, screwed over, and completely mislead and put me on the phone with the salesman where we went round and round where i accused them of Bait and Switch selling but said Iwould put down $5000 by credit card and needing only time to send them a certified check for the balance and was only doing this because my daughter was in complete distress and was paying under protest and if i determined that they were deceptive in any way i would be filing a claim under Nj comsumer Affairs and a claim to the FTC.He responded that I could do what ever I wanted and he was only following dealership policy, and my daughter was still getting a good price. AUto.COM advertisement for this vehicle has no disclaimers, qualifers,or limitations but they will not honor their price (2)CARS.COM has allowed this dealer to violate its pricing policy ,where the price must be available to all consumers and no discounts are allowed in the pricing.I have filed a complaint with CARS.COM as the playing field is not level, and unfair competition with other dealers where this dealer price will be $2000 less than other dealer pricing My complaint will be based on what NJ consumer AFFAIRS requires "the setting forth of a advertised pricewhich fails to disclose "adjacent to the advertised price"that it has been calculated by deducting a dealer discount and the failure to state all disclaimers, qualifers,or limitation that in fact limit or negate a proposed unconditional offer clearly and conspicuously next to the offer price and NOT IN A FOOTNOTE IDENIFIED BY A ASTERISK"I am amased that this dealer has been practicing this deceptive internet pricing for over 3 years How has this been allowed to continue without someone stopping them? I am writing this review only 8 days after my daughter was at the dealership and will post again with the final outcome. More

First Car Experience Searching for my first car was like a rite of passage and Route 46 Nissan has provided the ultimate customer serice experience to help ease my way thr Searching for my first car was like a rite of passage and Route 46 Nissan has provided the ultimate customer serice experience to help ease my way through. I went in with an expectation, however was disappointed I couldn't get my first choice. Nothing on the dealership, it was a finance issue on my part. Not only did Mark Garcia, the car rep, understand my disappointment, he empathized with the fact that this was my first car. So he went above and beyond, and not only did I leave happy, I left with a Nissan 2.5SL, a car that was better than the initial one I wanted. Also to mention, Mark drove on his own time to the city so that my co-signer could fill out the rest of the paperwork! Great job Route 46...shout out to Mark Garcia, a valuable asset. More

Leasing Experience I was interested in leasing a new Nissan Altima and Mark Garcia helped me go through everything available and took me on a test drive. I wasn't ready I was interested in leasing a new Nissan Altima and Mark Garcia helped me go through everything available and took me on a test drive. I wasn't ready to sign a lease the first visit but they followed up with me. They worked with me to add a remote starter to the car I wanted and handled everything with the service department. I also felt I got the best price possible based on my previous quotes from other dealers. I definitely would go to Nissan 46 first when I need my next car. More

I found myself at 46 Nissan after having a bad experience with Brian & Paul at Meadowlands Nissan and being yelled at and treated rudely by the TrueCar rep Christina at Hawthorne Nissan. First I spoke with A with Brian & Paul at Meadowlands Nissan and being yelled at and treated rudely by the TrueCar rep Christina at Hawthorne Nissan. First I spoke with Amy the internet rep. I explained my situation (negative equity on my current car that I wanted to trade in) and the experience I was having with multiple dealerships. I told her how stressed out I was and practically broke down on the phone. When I say bad experience & treated rudely, I'm not exaggerating. It takes a lot to really ruffle my feathers, and these two dealerships did exactly that. This weekend I was suppose to go to Bay Ridge, NY to look at a car. I'm a Jersey girl, so to go all the way out there, you know I was on my last straw. Anyway, after speaking with Amy, she paired me with a Sales Consultant she felt would be best suited for me; patient, kind, and understanding, and most of all calm. That brings me to Mark G. After speaking with him, I was confident that whether I purchased my vehicle or not, I would have a better understanding of my situation and would be happy, not exhausted with stress. Last night I ended up with no clients so I was able to swing by and talk to mark. From the moment we shook hands, I knew I was going to be taken care of. He was polite, a true gentleman. He explained my options, took me on a test drive, worked with me on price, payments, and even though I was having anxiety and ready to pass out (large purchases are not my strong point) he remained calm and supportive the whole time. I felt like I was dealing with a friend. He explained options, purchase vs lease that I didn't even know were available to me. when it cam down to payment, in the end, he was able to get something I was comfortable with (not my ideal amount, but a realistic amount) I ended up getting more for my money then I initially anticipated. So after several hours (yes the process really does take time) I left with a fully loaded 2013 Rogue! And today I received my blessing on the vehicle lol It was a slushy snowy mess with accidents all over and I was able to just drive with comfort and ease. I do not have any buyers remorse. No second thoughts. No regrets. If it wasn't for Amy and Mark, I would have abandoned all thoughts of Nissan or getting a new vehicle all together. with out question Mark Garcia will be my go-to guy.
