Mark listened to what I really needed to make this vehicle work for me. I needed the back seats to lay flat and wanted a way for the front drivers seat to adjust up or down for me. I also wanted a m vehicle work for me. I needed the back seats to lay flat and wanted a way for the front drivers seat to adjust up or down for me. I also wanted a moonroof since I had a pop up one in my escort so before I said I would like a moonroof, he said "I see you have a pop up roof in your escort. You probably would like one in this one also." He was not pushing to get me to have more then what I needed in a car. I appreciated that very much! He is very friendly and said to get a hold of him anytime we needed help or had a question about anything. Diane More
