Good experience with service and new car purchase Been having my Acura RDX serviced at Napleton for several years, without any problems. Bernie Santana is a great service rep, and is always helpful an Been having my Acura RDX serviced at Napleton for several years, without any problems. Bernie Santana is a great service rep, and is always helpful and goes the extra mile. Decided to look for a new RDX while there, Stanley Delva was extremely helpful and had a thorough knowledge of all of the cars features. The negotiation process with Mark Gawrecki was fairly straightforward and Jeanette was helpful also. All in all a very good experience. More

Mark's professionalism and " no pressure " attitude reflects highly upon him and the Napleton Acura dealership. Also, special thanks to Jeanette Bouck, Business Manager, for making our leasing experience non stressful. She was very professional and explained everything in detail to us.
