Our salesman,Mark went out of his way to help us obtain an affordable car that would meet our needs and get us the best deal on our trade in. He spent alot of time working with the used car sales manager to secure the car we were interested in at another dealership and then Elco's Corvette Bill, the mechanic spent hours going thru the car to make sure that it was in excellent shape for us. The transporter Rick was very helpful in looking over the car prior to picking it up and bringing it back to Elco to make sure that the car was a good deal and also took the time to show me how the convertible top stored in the trunk and how to pack chairs, etc to optimize space. It was very hard for us to give up our 2002 vette( my husband's toy) but feel that they assisted us to make a good choice for our next car. We also feel very secure in knowing that we will be able to have any problems that arrive handled to our satisfaction. We are very happy with Elco and Mark's team and look forward to their assistance with any vehicle needs that we may have in the future. More

Brian Summerville helped me with the financing of my new vehicle and again, all questions were answered and all options laid out before me. The dealership was extremely clean with a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. I have recommended this dealership and it employees and will continue to do so. Probably the best car buying experiences that i have ever had!! More

I have purchased seven cars from Elco (Don Essen), four new and three used. My experience with the new cars have been excellent. My experience with the used car salesman was below average (20 years ago) and the customer service handled by the owner made the experience excellent. I have dealt with Mark Gerecke to purchase a 2000 Camaro Z28 in 1999 and again in February 2011 to purchase a Chevy Equinox. Both times Mark was very professional and honest to deal with. Mark has always returned my calls in a prompt manner and gives me the time I need to answer questions now after the purchase as he was before the purchase. I have had Corvettes, which were serviced at Elco and they have always taken good care of me and my car. My Camaro had body work done and it was perfect and without any problems of any kind. I do recommend Elco and my daughter/son-in-law have purchased two cars from Elco. Chuck Luntz More
