Professional, Friendly & Commited to Making a Deal My wife and I had been researching a new vehicle to purchase for a few months. Essentially, we narrowed down our search to either a Honda Odyssey or a My wife and I had been researching a new vehicle to purchase for a few months. Essentially, we narrowed down our search to either a Honda Odyssey or a Chrysler Pacifica. In the past, I have purchased four vehicles from Rick Case Honda/Hyundai in Davie, so it was a natural starting point for the Odyssey negotiations. As for my experience at Arrigo Dodge Sawgrass (Tamarac), I was loosely acquainted with the dealership, since I would take my Town & Country there for service. In the end, my wife and I chose to purchase a Pacifica; largely making this choice on our preference to do business at Arrigo Sawgrass. This choice was made after visiting both dealerships, and interacting with their staff, over the course of two days. In short, at Rick Case we were treated with disrespect and, essentially, lied to over vehicle pricing. A manager at the location even became verbally combative with us over an alleged "internet price error". Other factors causing us to leave Rick Case were: a less than friendly atmosphere (not one smile when we walked in the door); sales people slouching in their chairs and not even greeting us; vehicles not being on the lot despite being listed online; lack of overall commitment to the customer. At Arrigo Sawgrass, however, we were promptly greeted with a smile and offered help; our sales rep (Mick "Micky" Cassar) was friendly, helpful and committed; we received numerous compliments and smiles about or towards our children; we were made comfortable and were not pressured. All of the staff were fantastic. In fact, even the manager (Lt Dan) took time to introduce himself to us and offered his availability if we needed him at any point in time. Perhaps I'm old fashioned, but I appreciate those little gestures. As for purchasing, I was unaware that Arrigo Sawgrass had such a large volume of vehicles for sale: they have numerous cars stored on their rooftop (third floor), as well as more vehicles located not too far offsite. The vehicle we ultimately purchased was located in Arrigo Fort Pierce (my wife wanted a specific color and option set that was only there within our price range); no worries though, Micky made arrangements for someone to pick it up and deliver it to us at the Tamarac dealership (same day)! During the final paperwork of the deal, there was a potential hiccup over me utilizing my own private financing. We were firm but polite and, ultimately, the dealership honored our previous handshake and the original deal was kept. There was a floor manager I dealt with that was very helpful, but I forget his name (Jose?). Overall, I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness of this dealer. Likely, if it wasn't for the deplorable treatment at Rick Case contrasted with the professionalism and friendliness I encountered at Arrigo Dodge, I would've probably have purchased the Odyssey. In the end, however, I am very satisfied with the Pacifica: it is a great van - perhaps better than the Odyssey - and we got a great deal on the new van from a top notch dealership - Arrigo Dodge Sawgrass! I'll be recommending my friends and family to leave Rick Case and visit Arrigo Dodge at this point. Thanks Micky, Mark, Jose(? floor manager), and Dan! -Christopher More

After we decided on a car and a price, we went to see Rudy, for Financial guidance. He informed us of several additional safety packages. We did buy the extended warranty. He was also patient, kind and very informative. We then went on to see Mark After Dark for final informative options and papers about my jeep. He was very sweet and friendly. My whole experience at your dealership was a very smooth and satisfying transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership, with the employees I listed, to everyone.
