This is my first Lexus . Ira has been great to deal with. Loved the Valet service for my 10,000 mi oil change. (wish I had been told about it earlier, I had to reschedule two times before I was advised they offer valet service ) They brought me a Loaner to use. It was a car and instead of an SUV like mine. The car was very low to the ground ..tough to get into when you’re older) But overall a good experience! More

I got my car serviced at Lexus Danvers. Very professional from start to finish!! Brendan my advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and got my car in and out quickly!! He respected my time!
