Wheel lock option paid for, never installed, $119,00 Wheel lock option on purchase of my 2020 Corolla was never installed. Multiple calls to Boch Toyota sales associate mark Greenberg and Boch Toyota concerning this problem were never returned. I am still trying to have problem resolved by Boch Toyota. A very dissatisfied customer. More

I was sold a used RAV4 with a plugged rear tire In June of this year, I purchased a used 2016 Toyota RAV4 from Boch Toyota in Norwood. I have bought several vehicles from the BOCH Honda dealership n In June of this year, I purchased a used 2016 Toyota RAV4 from Boch Toyota in Norwood. I have bought several vehicles from the BOCH Honda dealership next door and figured that the Toyota one would be just as reliable as they have been. However, the vehicle that I was sold by Mark Greenburg proved to have a very dangerous flaw in the rear passenger's side tire. My tire pressure gauge had been coming on intermittently (and had subsequently went undetected by their safety inspection prior to purchase). Once I took the vehicle to my personal mechanic on 12/6 he discovered that the rear passenger's side tire had been plugged prior to my purchase and was on the verge of blowing out at any time. He advised me to contact the dealership immediately as this is a major safety issue and they should offer some type of restitution or at least be made aware of the quality assurance error that was made by them. This is extremely concerning to me since I have a young family and could have possibly gotten into a very dangerous accident had this not been fixed. I attempted to contact them by phone on five different occasions and left three messages at the dealership to alert them to this terrible error they had made and no one called me back. This afternoon, I was finally able to get a customer service manager by the name of Ken on the phone regarding my concern with this negligence on 12/11. He responded by not offering any type of apology to me and seemed to minimize the error they had made in plugging the tire as "standard operating procedure" at their dealership. He had a discussion with the sales manager to see if they would be able to do anything for me to make up for this egregious error and later called me back to state they would not do anything to reimburse me or even give me any type of credit for a future service. I also purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle when I originally bought it back in June that they state would not cover this pre-existing issue. I am very upset with the negligence of Boch Toyota, their terrible follow-up and communication with me as well as them brushing aside my complaint seemingly stating that this "is a common occurrence". This should NEVER be a common occurrence and I believe management should be held accountable for this unacceptable mistake that caused me to almost have a tire blow out, possibly causing a fatal accident with my family in this vehicle. This represents terrible customer service and a major safety hazard. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau on 12/12/19 and your business has still not responded with any type of corrective action or reimbursement to me of the $468 I had to pay for the new rear tires. Again, this is extremely unacceptable to me and I will never buy a car from this dealership again. More

Issued registration with incorrect vehicle identification When I attempted to have my new 2019 Highlander vehicle inspected I was informed the dealer had reported the wrong vehicle id number to the DMV. The information provided to my insurance agency and the finance documents were also incorrect causing a cascade of problems.The entire transaction had to be void and redone. I was driving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle for 2 weeks unknown to me. The only refund I received was for $30.03. This makes no sense at all. On our bill of sale I prepaid for a registration sticker $35.00. Then I had too pay for it on my own. It was weeks of aggravation and stress. More

Sorry so late On 10-15 my daughter brought me to Boch , as I was in need of a vehicle asap ,as mine had been in an accident and deemed unrepairable. It is very difficult to make a purchase when you are under stress. From the moment we were introduced to Mark, he made my painful task pleasant. Mark stayed within my budget and offered me exactly what I was looking for. There was no pressure and he was so well informed. He was focused completely on my decisions and his suggestion only benefited me. Also on 11-18 when I had an issue with my vehicle and I texted him, Mark responded immediately and was concerned, and supportive. Excellent service from Mark. If I am ever in need of another vehicle ,thanks to how Mark treated me and represents your business , I will definitely return there ,as well as suggest Boch to my family and friends More

Purchase Mark worked very hard to accommodate me. Friendly knowledgeable. Eric very helpful in smoothing out some issues with finance. Car is terrific.
