While there were offers from other dealerships, the Lawrenceville one was my preference because of the excellent mechanics who repair there. Mark in sales worked diligently with us to get us a deal we coud be happy about and management overcame some glitches to get us out the door with our car on the same day. Love my new Pacifica, couldn't be happier. More

We'd been on the hunt for a Rubicon with all the bells & whistles--needed to purchase before year end---time was running out fast. Another dealer tipped us off -- Route 1 had received exactly what we wanted earlier that day--we drove directly to New Jersey from Philly hoping to secure the deal. Our sales associate was Mark Hall and he didn't miss a beat. Very knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. He made the process painless and was able to turn the vehicle over to us within 1-1/2 of our arrival --YAY! Since making our purchase, Mark has followed up with me twice, just to make sure we didn't have any questions and that we were enjoying our Jeep. Mark invited us back to the dealership to go thru a thorough review of the Rubicon's operating system--this we appreciate and will definitely schedule time to do with him. Mike Sperando was extremely helpful and had all necessary paperwork ready to go for us -- The Route 1 team made our purchase easy and we've been having fun with our new Jeep ever since!!! More
