I bought my car in for a battery check. Had an 11 o’clock appt. Finally after 3-1/2 hours was determined I needed a new battery. Finally after 4 hours of waiting my car was ready. Never have to worry about coning to the service department for this dealership! Steven took car of that pesky recall for my accord (no appointment btw!) within an Hour!
