Mark tried to find us a vehicle that met our requirements. All the cars we saw were great cars in immaculate condition, however our budget ultimately forced us to purchase a vehicle with fewer features elsewhere. This will be our third Lexus (IS300, ES350 & CT200h). I love their products and look forward to going back to Mark once I am ready to retire my ES. My biggest concern (not directed @ Mark) is that there is too much profit built into their prices especially on the used vehicles. Bob More
