Great service from Mark. Called told want we wanted to look at had out front of office ready for us to test drive. Answered all of questions. We were pre-approved when we went in . We had to leave the car because the bank wasn't open and come back the next day . We told them we were having our family over for Thanksgiving the next plus we had to work morning shift at our jobs. Mark had all paper work do and ready for us to sign before we got down there. We live 45 minutes away from the dealership . I called him when we left told time we would be there we walked in signed papers . HE had everything ready made sure a finance guy was free we were in and out in a half hour.
