I had already been to several other toyota dealers and received the obligatory "runaround" and somewha I went to Berlin city with modest expectations. However, I was given much more for my trade, they gave me a very good price on a new tundra and I don't think I spent more than a half hour total dealing with the pricing and paperwork. I went to this Berlin City from out of town because I was interested in a car I had seen online. Mark was accomodating and very helpful. The managers were also very friendly and the whole buying experience was remarkably pleasant. Even when it wasn't possible to deliver the vehicle with full fuel, Mark made sure I received a gas card to make up for it. Jim Robertson was my financial agent and could not have been more honest and helpful. He also went out of his way to make the process as convenient as possible for an out-of-town purchase, even with my super busy schedule. I definitely recommend this dealership as well as the Berlin City group. I dealt with a number of them and everyone is really easy to work with. More
