I took my vehicle in which was a 2022 Ford Explorer, ST with a wind noise coming at the drivers side head. I requested a test ride with a service rep, and we both heard the noise. He said that if I left the vehicle, they would service the vehicle within a timely manner. I was extremely pleased when they called after four hours and my vehicle was serviced. The noise is gone and I couldn’t be happier. More

This dealership offers below average customer service and their internal communication is horrendous at best. They ask you what you want, then ignore it and do whatever they feel like doing.
