Will Hawthorne was awesome as sales advisor. He was courteous, and extremely professional. In addition, Will was very knowledgeable about the specific vehicle I was interested in, was extreme He was courteous, and extremely professional. Mark Jorsling in Sales, and Gerardo Hernandez, and Felipe Ortiz in Financing were awesome also !! Overall, the best customer service I have ever experienced while purchasing a new vehicle! More

Shopping for a car can be a total nightmare, However my experience at Rick Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Duluth, GA was the most pleasant car purchase I’ve ever had. Mr. Torris Miller was beyond amaz experience at Rick Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Duluth, GA was the most pleasant car purchase I’ve ever had. Mr. Torris Miller was beyond amazing. He explained everything to me in non-car salesman talk. The day I was to pick up my vehicle, there was a small hiccup, instead of just saying sorry he went over and above and personally delivered my vehicle to me at my place of employment. Now really who does that. So long story short, very very pleased with my purchase and they’ve got a customer for life. More

My experience with this dealership and my new favorite saleswoman, Sharon, and the people who work here was phenomenal. I have a disability that was hard for them to find me the right car, but not only di saleswoman, Sharon, and the people who work here was phenomenal. I have a disability that was hard for them to find me the right car, but not only did they find the right car. They found a diamond in the rough, which was affordable, beautiful with low miles and with all the bells and whistles. I am extremely satisfied with being able to buy 2 brand new vehicles through Rick Hendricks and being able to get me approved. But I wasn’t walked through on any of the paperwork I was signing which was a new vehicles through Rick Hendricks and being able to get me approved.
