From the first step in the door, you know it's going to be different. The dealership is clean and has bright lighting. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. I met with Andy and asked to take a test drive. Without hesitation he had his assistant, Austin, grab some keys and away we went. No hassling me for all of my information. Afterwards, Andy found all the rebates I qualify for and gave me his best price the first time, no haggling. After deciding to buy, I met with the finance manager. He went through the paperwork thoroughly, but quickly and we were on our way. If you're looking for a great experience with a dealership in your next vehicle purchase, you've gotta go to Strong VW. To our amazement Mark Gremillion greeted us at the door and treated us like family every step of the way. He even helped prep and wash our new vehicle. Mark our finance person was very “spot-on” with getting our paperwork done quickly with pressuring us at all. A disappointment was not getting the chance to be video taped about our awesome experience like so many others had. Suggestion: Several other dealerships that we have purchased vehicles from (new and used) in the past have taken our photo in front of our purchase and sent it to us as a thank you calendar as a great way to promote their dealership. More
