If I could give 0 stars I would. It took 2 visits to get my car fixed and it didn’t even get fixed. After the first visit, the service rep told me my car runs like a new car. That wa It took 2 visits to get my car fixed and it didn’t even get fixed. After the first visit, the service rep told me my car runs like a new car. That was a complete lie. My car started making obnoxiously loud noises as soon as I drove off the lot. My car would make these loud noises when I would drive or use my brakes. I took my car in 1 week later and that same service rep told me I needed new front brakes. Why was I originally told my car runs like a new car when I needed new front brakes? It is absolutely insane that Toyota of Brookfield would allow a customer to drive off the lot in a car that needs new front brakes. Seems extremely dangerous. During the second visit that same service rep admitted they should have replaced my front brakes during the first visit. If that is the case, why did he tell me my car runs like a new car? Anyways, I got my front brakes replaced during the second visit but guess what, MY CAR IS STILL MAKING OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD NOISES AND NOW I AM WORRIED. In total, I spent well over $4000 and I feel like I was robbed. I would have taken my car somewhere else if I knew it would STILL be making these loud noises. Everyone, please be aware of Toyota of Brookfield. They overcharge you for services and your car might not even get completely fixed. I regret going here and will never be going back again. More

My husband & I took our 21yr old son to finance his 1st car. Everyone was nice and extremely helpful. Starting with Dontario that greeted us and walked us to the vehicles we wanted to see.
