Worse post sales services ever. I bough my car a 2016 Lincoln Navigator on February 17 of 2024. 3 days later the car suddenly stop working I try to call never pick up the phone. I bough my car a 2016 Lincoln Navigator on February 17 of 2024. 3 days later the car suddenly stop working I try to call never pick up the phone. Also they force you to buy their Powertrain Extent guarantee by LYING and saying the bank is the one who force to purchase the extended powertrain guarantee. I got a call from the bank today and they said their isn't such thing. I took the car to a dealership here on Columbus Ohio and repair the car cost almost the same price tha they were selling it for. Last they took 2 weeks to send the owners tittle to my home address. WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER!!! THEY LIE TO MAKE YOU BUY THEIR POWERTRAIN AND ALSO LIE ABOUT THE SHAPE OF THE CAR. ON TOP OF THAT THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES More

I bought a fusion and when I got it home, because passenger seat didn't have power, and my wife couldn't get out of it, I asked to return it, and was told i could not. Under contact they would have t passenger seat didn't have power, and my wife couldn't get out of it, I asked to return it, and was told i could not. Under contact they would have to opt out and after I had a person review it, he said they did not. Also he reported even though the car was listed on the website, as certified, he saw no evidence it was even sold to me as a certified car. I'm sure they will dazzle you with a reply, to this review, but I will tell you they have been told this and its crickets. Just beware...... More

Will always be "ELDER" Ford to me. Dealt with Suburban of Sterling Heights before, Never went Back.
