My name is Mark Lange, I'm married to my wife Julie, and I have 4 kids. I love my career it has never felt like work to me, I feel very fortunate to have found a career at a young age that helped me grow and achieve many management rolls. My motto is and will always be, ' I sell relationships above everything else; I strongly believe one great experience will always lead to another. I'm very proud to working for the Lithia corporation, it feels like home to me. Lithia has allowed me to employ 2 of our kids Terry and Annabelle Lange. Terry is our preowned manager and Annabelle is one of 3 finance managers. We are a very down to earth hard-working family with good values and above all we care.

From start to finish, the process of trading in my Jeep lease to leasing an Explorer was seamless!! I cannot thank Terry Lange, Annabelle Lange, and Mark Lange enough for helping me. I’m proud to drive a Ford and will forever be a customer of Suburban Ford of Troy due to the sales experience I received! If you’re looking to get into a Ford or even a used car, I highly recommend this dealership and the group of people I dealt with. The people who work here are phenomenal! Not only do they work very quick to help you find a car, but they make you feel supported during the whole process. Before even coming into the dealership, Terry and Joe listened to my requirements and budget. After finding a few suitable options, we came in to decide. Joe was friendly, helpful and thorough and Terr listened to my requirements and budget. After finding a few suitable options, we came in to decide. Joe was friendly, helpful and thorough and Terry was awesome to work with. Next day we finished up the paperwork, were shown around, helped go over all the features and sync’s our phone to our new Ford Edge Hybrid.. No hard sell, just easy to work with staff. Thanks to Annabelle and Mark Lange as well. Highly recommend Suburban Ford of Troy! More

Joe Grillo was an absolute awesome salesman’s to deal with. He went above and beyond. He stayed after hours to finish the deal and even came out to help me move all my stuff over from my old vehicle to m with. He went above and beyond. I had the pleasure of purchasing my new Mustang at Suburban Ford of Troy. This was an amazing experience from the very beginning. I had been in an accident and had returned the loaner that I was u Suburban Ford of Troy. This was an amazing experience from the very beginning. I had been in an accident and had returned the loaner that I was using. Mark Lane had told me not to worry and explained that he could work with me remotely or he could send someone to pick me up. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process to be sure that I was comfortable. Mark sent Sebastian to pick me up from my home to take me to the dealership. We had a very interesting conversation and I could tell that he was engaged due to the fact that he took me home in an electric Mustang to see if I liked it. My sales person was Samer Kawas. He was extremely knowledgable in every facet of the transaction. Sam even went as far as scheduling an appointment for me to renew my drivers license with the Secretary of State. Annabelle did a fabulous job closing the transaction. If I had to pick one aspect that I liked best, it would be that I was treated like family by the entire team. More

Had best buying experiance you could ask for! Salesman Danny Jenuwine was knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy! I would recommend doing business with him if you are looking for a car!
