My experience with this dealership was one of the best that I could have asked for. My first meeting with salesman Anthony Todek started off our relationship perfectly! He knew I was there to check out the Tacoma, but also understood my needs and allowed me to test drive some other vehicles that were in the same price range so I could make an informed decision. Throughout the process Anthony fully respected my decision making process and allowed me to take my time (roughly 1 week) where I test drove the Tacoma multiple times and was able to think about my decision without feeling any pressure. Once I had made my decision I met with Gary Morrison to go through my financing options, who was able to work out my financing needs perfectly without pressuring me into any added costs. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Suburban Ford of Troy and I am now fully enjoying my new (used) Tacoma! More

We just leased a new car from them yesterday and the experience was seamless. Our salesperson (Tony Vleck) ordered us a car, and when it came in he pretty much took care of everything. The General Manager Mark even came over to talk to me and my wife, (because there was some hesitation about issues not related to the buying experience). He was a very good listener and addressed all of our issues with sincere care and professionalism. Annabelle who took care of the financial aspect of the transaction spent time with us and made sure we understood everything on the contract before she let us go. Can’t say enough nice things about Tony, Annabelle and Mark. I have been dealing with Elder Ford for years and happy to say I found the transition from Elder to Suburban to be a good move and pleasure to deal with them. More
