I had the pleasure of purchasing my new Mustang at Suburban Ford of Troy. This was an amazing experience from the very beginning. I had been in an accident and had returned the loaner that I was using. Mark Lane had told me not to worry and explained that he could work with me remotely or he could send someone to pick me up. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process to be sure that I was comfortable. Mark sent Sebastian to pick me up from my home to take me to the dealership. We had a very interesting conversation and I could tell that he was engaged due to the fact that he took me home in an electric Mustang to see if I liked it. My sales person was Samer Kawas. He was extremely knowledgable in every facet of the transaction. Sam even went as far as scheduling an appointment for me to renew my drivers license with the Secretary of State. Annabelle did a fabulous job closing the transaction. If I had to pick one aspect that I liked best, it would be that I was treated like family by the entire team. More

I contacted via a CarFax listing requesting a quote, and the very friendly front-desk staff reached out to me within 10 that I could have asked for. I contacted via a CarFax listing requesting a quote, and the very friendly front-desk staff reached out to me within 10 minutes to set up an appointment for me to come look at the car. My first meeting with salesman Anthony Todek started off our relationship perfectly! He knew I was there to check out the Tacoma, but also understood my needs and allowed me to test drive some other vehicles that were in the same price range so I could make an informed decision. Throughout the process Anthony fully respected my decision making process and allowed me to take my time (roughly 1 week) where I test drove the Tacoma multiple times and was able to think about my decision without feeling any pressure. Once I had made my decision I met with Gary Morrison to go through my financing options, who was able to work out my financing needs perfectly without pressuring me into any added costs. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Suburban Ford of Troy and I am now fully enjoying my new (used) Tacoma! More
