Pleasant surprise! Most of my experiences with car salesmen have been unpleasant, because they've been condescending and pushy. Mark was neither of these things - he was pleasant, friendly, didn't talk down to me, and let me make the calls on decisions. He restored my faith that not all car salesmen are condescending jerks, and that I could have a good relationship with a dealership AND walk away with a car that I love. Thank you so much, Mark! I hope to not buy a car again soon, but I will definitely stick with Weber Chevrolet when I have to. More
