When it came time to look for a vehicle for myself, I naturally went back to Erinwood, and asked to speak to Martin. Earlier this summer, I was looking for a lightly used F-150. I had a few options in mind that I required, and couldn’t find anything that fit my needs. We met with Martin, who tried to locate something for us, but he had completely exhausted all options (both at his dealership, and across the dealer network). I wasn’t willing to compromise on what I needed, and he knew that. That’s when Mark Maguire, who works with Martin, suggested I take a look at buying new. Martin walked me through the options, and while looking, reminded me that Ford’s Employee Pricing program was on. So, we started to build and price - everything I wanted in my truck. After looking at all trim levels and options, I decided on a 2105 F-150 SuperCrew 4X4 Lariat with the Sport appearance package, and the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. I told him I needed a couple days to weigh out some options (whether or not I wanted power deployable running boards, and a few other minor details), and he said, “No problem Craig. I’ll be here.” A few days later, I gave him a call with my decision on options, and he got the ball rolling with the ordering process. Fast forward 6 weeks, and my factory order was in. I picked up my new truck yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier. I would like to thank Martin, who went above and beyond for me and my family, to ensure all of our needs were met on the purchase of our new truck. He took care of us from the beginning, and ensured everything from the minute I walked in the door to the pickup of our new vehicle went smoothly. I would also like to thank Mark, who assisted in the ordering process, and offered some great advice on options. The staff at Erinwood Ford truly care for their customers. Everyone I came in contact with greeted me with a smile, and friendly hello. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend giving Martin a call. He truly is Built Ford Tough. More

From the moment I stepped in here there was already a much more friendly and helpful environment. After doing some research and reading reviews I figured i've got nothing to lose. I received a great deal on my trade in as well as a great new 2015 Mustang GT. I would like to thank Mark Maguire for all the help and patience while making the sale. Mark even came in early on a Sunday morning to help learn how to drive a stick shift :) If you're looking for a new car and a great trade in price I recommend Erinwood Ford. Nick, thanks for the great stories and giving me a great deal! I will be referring all my family and friends to this dealership for their future car purchases! It wasn't as I expected since I have not bought a new car for a long, long time. I was prepared to be pressured and stressed. But not at Erinwood Ford. And definitely not with Mark. He was knowledgeable, personable, extremely patient. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) with ease and confidence. Most importantly, he treated me with respect. I always bought used and paid in full,on the advice of my mechanic and husband. I wanted to trust and be treated with respect, honesty, and patience. I did not want to be sold a car. I wanted my personal limitations respected and heard. I needed a bit of handholding, infinite patience and no pressure. I had been to other dealerships and was a treated as a second class customer the man I brought with me was being sold the car, I was an afterthought. Then a friend recommended Brad to me and Brad recommended Martin. I could gush about the time and patience they both spent with me. Listening, hearing, responding, letting me ruminate. Answering all my automotive questions whether they were Ford related or not. Talking to my mechanic. They helped me discover what I truly needed and didn't presssure me to buying off the lot. They recognized my needs.They didn't play me? I demanded great service. They went above and beyond my very high expectations. And I still enjoy their terrific aftersale care. I can't give much higher praise than this I don't just recommend them I insist all my friends in the market for a car go see them. Including my brother and my cherished 16 year old niece. But my experience goes beyond just these two great guys my "trusted Car Guys" I would be remiss to not mention. RT and Catherine and their always warm welcome and joining in with my teasing. Domenic on my first visit opening up an Escape for me while waiting knowing there was no sale for him and showing me around, he still greets me everytime I see him. As we clapped our hands, Nicks saying if your happy, we finished the deal with Carol, who was also friendly, informative and super. I brought with me my two sisters and we had fun, there was laughter. We met Nick as well. these guys were colourful guys and I m not only talking about personalities. You should see the brought shirts and of course Nick's runners. Great guys , great experience. I would not hesitate to refer them. PS when one of my sister and I picked up the vehicle, we were welcomed. Mark made certain he took me thru the navigation and controls of vehicle. they still made you feel welcome, you weren't, only a sale . they made an effort, they remembered even my sisters names. I loved Erin Wood Ford. Being 16 years old and looking for my first car was nerve racking but so exciting.
