Porsche Ontario sets the bar for all others. I have bought two vehicles from Porsche Ontario now and I plan on doing it again. Specific above and beyond moments - Christian always going out of the way to remember my wife and kids, if they have any needs, etc. He is so accommodating with everything, even my crazy demands on keeping the plastic stickers on the car so I can pull them off myself. Mark, Manni and Michael, all went out of their way to get to know me and make my experience fun. What a great team. Hats off to Porsche Ontario, Job Well Done. BTW - The new GT3 is amazing!!! More

Perhaps our expectations were simply too high. We owned other German cars, several Volkswagens, BMWs, and Mercedes. We expected similar or better Dealer Service and product quality from Porsche. It was difficult to reach the staff. The car arrived in the US and we wanted "best guess" when we could pick it up. Patrick told us "we don’t have any control over port-handling or transportation to the dealership". Then at 600 miles the seat back release broke. Do you think this is Porsche quality? We have waited 30 days and Porsche has no time line for repairing the seat release. Worse, it has been difficult to just find out what is going on. Today, Mark Marchant asked me, "What will make you happy?" It's simple really, keep me informed and fix the car. More
