After visiting a different dealership that was closer to his home in Kingwood, but that did not have good customer service, my father ended up purchasing a car from Mark and Jimmy at Ron Carter. My father was extremely nervous about shopping for a car and Mark and Jimmy were very patient and took great care and time to explain everything to us. They never pressured us and constantly reassured us that they would do their best to help us find the exact car my father wanted. I would highly recommend Ron Carter Cadillac along with Mark and Jimmy to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Cadillac. The customer service was exemplary! If I were the owner of a car dealership or any company for that matter, the first two people I would hire would be Jimmy Mauricio and Mark Mauricio. My father is an extremely satisfied customer!
