Forced financing agreement and SSN request for a cash purchase. Had to decline signing credit check agreement, buyer was short approximately $600 therefore a 3rd party had to pay the remaining amount on purchase. Had to decline signing credit check agreement, buyer was short approximately $600 therefore a 3rd party had to pay the remaining amount on a credit card. Dealer was requesting SSN from 3rd party for a credit card payment and asking 3Rd party to sign finance and credit check agreement which was declined. Sales manager asked why 3rd party didn’t want to be included on title but why would a 3rd party who paid $600 of a $31k vehicle be entitled to part ownership of the vehicle? Declined manager’s request to have 3rd party on title. More
