Extremely disappointed with the service experience I received this past week. This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced since I started bringing my car to this dealership 4 years ago received this past week. This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced since I started bringing my car to this dealership 4 years ago. I had a previously scheduled service appointment, but because of a recall issue, I was suddenly unable to leave my car for the service as planned, which caused a major inconvenience. Communication and organization were very poor. The wait times were excessive from beginning to end. Even after the service was completed, it took an unreasonable amount of time to get my car back. What disappointed me the most was the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. I was not given any proper vehicle inspection report or overview of my car’s condition (tire health, filters, maintenance recommendations, etc.). I only received a basic summary of what was done, which felt incomplete and careless. On top of that, the staff attitude and customer service were extremely poor. The treatment I received felt dismissive and unprofessional. After 4 years of servicing my vehicle here, this experience has made me seriously reconsider returning in the future. More

The dealership itself is great, and they are all helpful. I was just frustrated when I make my appt for my ceramic coating costing $1500 (or something along those lines), and they deny me a ride home unless I was just frustrated when I make my appt for my ceramic coating costing $1500 (or something along those lines), and they deny me a ride home unless I live <10 miles away. If I had known, I’d have done it at a closer dealership. They didn’t have any car rentals, and the service was planned to take all day. I just figured, you buy a $50K car and I wouldn’t have to plead with them to get a Lyft back to my house. I’ll be taking it to a closer dealership next time for the remainder of my services. More
