Awesome dealership! This is the third new Volvo XC90 I have purchased from Volvo Cars Winston Salem (formerly Volvo of the Triad). All my purchases, beginning in 2005 thr This is the third new Volvo XC90 I have purchased from Volvo Cars Winston Salem (formerly Volvo of the Triad). All my purchases, beginning in 2005 through 2017, have been a positive experience, but the most recent was the best ever! Thomas Wells is an excellent sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo product. His demeanor is wonderful, not a pushy sales person, but he did reach out to us with ideas and information to make the sale happen. He was always very attentive and responsive when I had questions. The care and thoughtfulness he exhibited to us during and after the purchase experience was top notch. James Fordham was great to deal with and prepared all of the finance information correctly and accurately prior to our arrival. And Darla Satter was (and always has been) a pleasure to work with. For me, Volvo is my brand of choice and Volvo Cars Winston Salem is my dealership of choice. Period. More

Salem found the perfect vehicle at the right price, James was worked out the financing details with my out of state bank, Tim did a great job of familiarizing us with all the new technologies in my new car, and Mark had our other car washed for us. What made it an excellent experience was that the sales staff was very patient and professional with no sales pressure whatsoever. The sales staff knew this very technical car extremely well and could answer any question we had. The dealership presents itself very well also with the use of a high tech process to sell cars, and using a "Volvo family" approach for those who purchase cars there. I look forward to having my new Volvo serviced at Volvo Winston Salem. More

I received diligent price negotiations and premier service. In hind site, my husband was with me for all these purchases. But on Friday July 14 I pulled in to purchase by myself because I was returning from Raleigh and near the dealership. I was handed to a young inexperienced sales person who was a delight but knew very little about the cars. I was told company policy required I test drive the car before they could give me a price and the value of my trade-in. Which, by the way, was a car purchased from them and serviced by them in 2012. After mindless chit chat MM brought me an offer which was laughable with no negotiating room. I left. I drove on to Hickory and stopped at another dealership and bought a new car within an hour. A couple of days later someone called my husband, even though my name and number were on the paper work and my name was on the title of the vehicle, and asked if we had decided to trade. This is the 21st Century and women not only buy cars on their own we can write checks for them the same day. Volvo missed this one by gender bias. Sorry GUYS, 15 years of loyalty left Winston Salem. More

I never thought I would leave with a used car the same day. My morning started out with an email to Volvo of Winston Salem, requiring about an Audi A4 sitting on their lot. Scott Roten called me first thing Wed My morning started out with an email to Volvo of Winston Salem, requiring about an Audi A4 sitting on their lot. Scott Roten called me first thing Wednesday morning and we scheduled a test drive. On arrival I was met Scott and was immediately handed off to a Sales Associate, a typical dealership practice. However, after meeting Kyle Coro, and taking the test drive with him, not only did I learn more about the dealership, and what they can offer me as a client, but I learned a little about Kyle and his family. Kyle is a military brat like myself, and he also served his country. (again, thank you and your family for serving). I then met with Mark Morgan, and we struck a deal. After signing a few papers with James Forham, I was able to leave the dealership in my NEW used car. Wonderful experience at Volvo of Winston Salem, well worth the drive from Charlotte. More

We were made to feel like family and we were assured that were even before we made the purchase.
