Volvo of the Triad had more XC90s than any other dealership, so they gave us the best opportunity to find the options and colors we had in mind. Thomas was amazing to work with: he was patient, frank, and genuine. He walked us through the XC90 options on site and took us on an extended test drive. When we sat down to talk numbers, we felt like everything was on the table: we knew our price, and felt respected in the decisions we made to reject and, finally, accept their offer.
