Very secure communications between not the owner of vehicle and service department. Dealership wouldn't let me inquire on MY vehicle as I am not the person on registration (mother is registered owner). vehicle and service department. They did however release all information to my mother who is the registered owner but not me the person who set up the service appointment and is the person on the purchase/repair documents for the vehicle at the dealership. Overall no complaints for the service performed. Wish communication when I inquire about MY vehicle would be conveyed instead of ghosting me who is the customer. I was forced to bring an uninvolved party into the situation to have them receive information about the vehicle being serviced and completed. If it weren't for my parents getting involved I wouldn't have been informed my vehicle was finished with repairs and ready for pick up. More
