I had a negative experiences with Mini Services. Firstly, when I received my new car, I noticed that the license plate frame was broken and the screws were rusted. Although it was a small issue, I felt unsatisfied. Who would feel good about receiving a new car with broken parts or rusted components? Then, when I went to replace the temporary plate number with a new one, the staff member's attitude was rude. When I requested them to replace the broken frame and rusty screws, they carelessly installed the frame tilted and threw the replaced screws on the floor, which could potentially cause a flat tire. Lastly, Although, it was the complimentary car wash, it was not completely done with a dirty mop. Picked up my car was still dirty, I had to clean it again. More
