I had a really good experience with the service. I did not request a loaner car but when the software update was going to take three hours they let me take a car for the weekend. The only thing I would say is a negative is I was quoted $95 for a recommended tire rotation but when the service engineer was recommending it, he had the tires off the car to show me the brake wear on the video that was sent. They could have just put the tires back on different axles. That didn't make any sense. My local tire place also does it for $20. More
