They say that more people would prefer to go to the dentist than to a car dealership. The car industry has pretty well earned that reputation over the years, and many dealerships continue to build on t dentist than to a car dealership. However, as with anything he pod or bad, there are always exceptions, and one glowing star in the darkness is MINI of Ramsey. The one absolute standout is Alexandra Pereira. Alex worked so very hard to accommodate certain needs with which I drove her a little crazy, and is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She made the process a joy, answered any questions I had, and if she couldn’t she made sure she got the correct information for me. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention V, the finance manager who quickly and easily got me through the ream of necessary paperwork, Mark, the service manager who, by the way, has always been a genuine pleasure to work with (this is my family’s 3rd MINI) as well as a walking-talking encyclopedia of automotive knowledge, especially MINIs. And of course there’s Mike T,, the General Manager, who so ably and willingly choreographed my experience. Mike is the catalyst who sets the tone for what is so obviously a happy place to work. I couldn’t, and probably would never, recommend a car dealership so highly, and, of course, the most fun car you’ll ever drive, a MINI! More

Our overall experience w/ Mini of Ramsey has been very good. We do not live nearby so any service is a trek for us.
