Great job as always. Very accommodating. Brought it in for a specific issue and some routine maintenance. My mini was out in a jiffy with a bubble bath. They found a plastic cap broken and called me and asked before changing the $7 part. They changed the coolant fluid without any charge after I told them that my daughter topped it off with water this summer. And they washed the car ! With all that I prefer an authorized MINI dealer over any other service station, even with a 2006 MINI. More

They always fix my car - with no residual effects of something else going wrong - and they are always willing to work with me to get me back on the road quickly. Also, since this was a lease, I had some questions about service requirements which they were more that happy to spend time with me to answer. More

He goes the extra mile....actually has driven many miles to accommodate my needs and that of my company. I just purchased a 2020 Countryman from Spiro. I built the car of my dreams on the Mini Cooper website and he magically made it appear within a couple of days. He took the time to review all the features and has followed up with telephone calls to check on my experience. Spiro is an exceptional representative that is part of a great team.
