Hello Ms. Calvin, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Looking into your ticket, I did see that Road Advantage was covering the repairs for you. Sometimes dealing with warranty companies does take a little while for process of the claim to be received before we can release the vehicle back to our guest. On further inspection, the front driver hub cap was missing from tow in based on the pictures that were taken of your vehicle at check-in. We strive to make sure our guest's vehicles are secure. Therefore, we take images of all four corners of each vehicle that arrives to our dealership. I hope this response finds you well and helpful. Again, thank you for pointing this out to us. Also, if you would like to see the pictures of your vehicle at check-in, we would be more than gladly to share them with you.
