This week my boyfriends truck broke down while on vacation and we unfortunately had to buy a vehicle on a short amount of time given to us. Thankfully God sent us to the right dealership. Mark, was very helpful in finding a car for my 82 year old grandmother. She is very indecisive about making a deal. She could only narrow the field to know she wanted a 4 door sedan in the color red or old grandmother. She is very indecisive about making a deal. Mark is the Casanova of car sales. He knew exactly what my family needed and what would meet all our needs at a price we could afford. He was so helpful & friendly- had the patience of a saint & answered my family needed and what would meet all our needs at a price we could afford. He was so helpful & friendly- had the patience of a saint & answered all our questions as many times as we needed to make us all feel comfortable with our purchase. My father was actually buying the car for me and he is deaf and reads lips. Mark took the extra time needed to speak slowly & clearly so he could understand and we all felt comfortable. Even when my toddler passed gas in the office Mark was understanding & made us all comfortable explaining he too is a father & totally understood kids. The fact that Mark was so down to earth, friendly, helpful & understanding --- he is a real person and made us feel important & worth his time and this is why I gave him 5 ratings- bc he earned them as I'm sure my group was not an easy group but you would have never known by watching Mark.
