Frank was awesome this was our first Hybrid vehicle purchase and Frank took the time to show us and explain all the cars features. When we showed up to the dealership we could tell that they were busy and understaffed at that moment. Through it all I still felt taken care of and looked after. Frank was there on his day off and stayed they were busy and understaffed at that moment. Through it all I still felt taken care of and looked after. Frank was there on his day off and stayed there 1 hour after closing just to make sure we were good to go. Highly recommend the Kia experience so long as you shop here with Frank. Also, Don was very helpful as well. They are all transparent about the process and we never felt pressured to buy unnecessary items. All options were presented in a clear fashion. Truly the best experience I have ever had buying a big ticket item. More
