Top notch service department. These professionals have ALWAYS given me the most reliable advice on servicing all of my Acuras over the years. I can’t say enough good things about the Service Department at Arlington Acura in Palatine. I have been taking my cars there for 13 years now. Even though I only drive used cars with lots of mile Department at Arlington Acura in Palatine. I have been taking my cars there for 13 years now. Even though I only drive used cars with lots of miles, they always treat me like I am their #1 VIP Customer. I can always easily get an appt., they’re always super helpful, they always wash my car without me asking. They have a nice waiting room. And, they only do what work needs to be done on my car. I never feel scammed. All of the Service guys are great, but I think I am assigned to Jeremy, and he is always helpful . He likes chocolate chip cookies, so sometimes I drop some off as a little thank you. if my car needs a longer service, they always have a loaner car ready for me, at no charge. A+ service for sure! More

Great Customer Service in Service Center I drove over a screw that was stuck in my tire. I drove in to the service center without an appointment and they handled checking the tire and replaci I drove over a screw that was stuck in my tire. I drove in to the service center without an appointment and they handled checking the tire and replacing it in under two hours. Mark handled the Customer Care claim seamlessly so I drove away with a new tire at a cost. More
