Ideal Cars help my wife and I get into a used 2006 Nissan Xterra, it is in great shape and I can fully work on it. The salesmen were awesome and went over everything, worked to get my wife a loan with a 1yea Xterra, it is in great shape and I can fully work on it. The salesmen were awesome and went over everything, worked to get my wife a loan with a 1year old bankruptcy. The one thing none of us thought of addressing was the tires. While it was just over the 15day/500miles warranty they offer, the service department took care of us. It was the 2 rear tires that were the issue, had to replace one ourselves. When I contacted the service department Rick made it RIGHT! The 2 front tires were Wranglers AT and in great condition, no one would rotate them bc of the older bad tire I hadn't replaced. I got a rotation and replaced tire, the dealership took tire safety very serious. While yes I did have to take care of one of them the dealership stepped up thankfully bc I didn't have the budget for the 2nd one, and did not want to replace the 2 front tires bc they were in great shape. For used cars, good deals, and awesome service I do recommend Ideal Cars! More

Purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue on 1/14/23 from Ideal Cars @ 837 E . Main St Mesa AZ 85201. From Salesman Brad @ purchase price of $16,500 paid cash with a cashiers check. When looking and test driving the Rogue, Brad told me that it had "brand new Michelin ties on it and that they were able to do that because they get Michelin tires by the truckload". A month after buying the Rogue my passenger front tire started loosing air and was down to 23 PSI. Took Rogue to Discount Tire for inflation and inspection. To my surprise the tires are not new and 3 of the 4 are in desperate need of replacement. Reached out to Ideal Cars thru messaging and received no response. I'm having to put air in every couple of weeks and it's been less than 3 months since buying the Rogue. I have messaged Ideal Cars numerous times with unhelpful, ignoring responses to I could just buy them from them at their cost. I have asked for the Sales Manager to call me with no response. I spoke with Brad, the Salesman on 4/6/23 and he doesn't recall saying anything other than that "they get tires by the truckload" and maybe he offered to sell me new tires as part of the sale? Which is completely asinine. He then got very frustrated with me and not so nicely told me to have a good day and politely slammed the phone down. I began texting/messaging/calling Ideal Cars regarding this issue back on 2/17/23. On 3/24/23 Kris advised me "we will gladly sell you the tires at our cost". I have offered to send the report on the tires from Discount to Ideal Cars when I spoke to Brad on 4/6. However, he ignored that I even had a report and focusing on " he's been selling cars for 30 years and I must have misunderstood him". There was no misunderstanding. More

Unsafe dealership. Sold me a severely damaged unsafe vehicle at high Blue Book cost. The 2012 Chevy Colorado, 71867 miles, for sale at just under high Blue Book value was not sellable in the condition they offered it to me. Since I was buying from out of State they required a cashier's check with full payment to hold the car so I could come and see it. I paid the purchase price and flew to Mesa Arizona to inspect the car. During the inspection I noted a surging in the engine as it idled. The salesperson told me "all cars sound differently" to which I replied let's just check for codes. The code found subsequently required a timing chain replacement. They did change the timing chain but in the process left the vehicle not completely assembled. The oil pan was broken during removal, the drain plug was leaking oil, the rack and pinion steering assembly was leaking, the fuel lines were not connected to the holding assembly, the brake line on the passenger side was bent and kinked (which is dangerous and likely to render a fluid leak), the fan shroud was unattached and bouncing into the fan when I test drove it, the battery was not tied down, one of the electronic modules was left hanging by its wiring in the engine bay, there was loose and missing hardware in several locations. There is too much to describe on this thread. When confronted about the condition of the vehicle the dealership refused to help with any of the repairs! Worst dealership, maintenance facility and business practices I've ever encountered in my life. Please do yourself a favor do not buy from Ideal Cars anywhere in Arizona or in the united states. This is a culture problem probably extending throughout the corporate environment. Just don't go there. More
