The customer service at Chase Chevrolet is excellent. I’ve been going there for years now. I’ve never had a bad experience. Same with the parts department. I needed parts for my 2014 Camaro SS. I have a transportation company that depends on my trucks being on the road. I believe chase chevrolet Desk staff in their automotive department across the different divisions understand this. My equipment i being on the road. I believe chase chevrolet Desk staff in their automotive department across the different divisions understand this. My equipment is done usually within 2 hrs unless It's something more complex in which case it's end of bussines day. I am pleased with their service and commitment to detail and speedy service. More

3 hour wait because you can’t make an appointment. My car was supposed to be ready but when I got in it the computer said the tire rotation had to be completed. I had to go back into the office to have a machanic reset the computer. Very inconvenient..especially after waiting for 3 hours for a regular maintenance. More

The gentleman that took my vehicle in for service due to a flat tire was RUDE! My breaks were making a screeching sound and I mentioned it to the service rep. And he stated to me that the nail in my tire wa a flat tire was RUDE! My breaks were making a screeching sound and I mentioned it to the service rep. And he stated to me that the nail in my tire was causing the breaks to screech! Plus they have two different departments but couldn’t communicate between each other, they had me call one department to let them know what the other department found! Like what?? Lack of communication between both departments! Horrible service! More
