I keep returning to the dealership and getting my vehicle serviced. I’m not sure what they don’t understand about LUBE and oil filter. Before I left the other day, I asked Mark if they had lubricated the fittings and he sent it right back in, which tells me they didn’t. The next day I was replacing my shock absorbers and I ended up greasing the suspension the rest of the way, half of them were done, so disappointing. I attribute this to shorter life on the suspension components when I am sure that they were being lubricated. no reflection on you, Mark The technician deceived both of us the other day. More
