The service department had computer issues just prior to my arrival. They did get the system back online in short order and completed the service of my vehicle. After a signed purchase agreement, they redacted their deal because I wanted to use out of the house financing. I was either forced to cancel the deal or accept an 11% interest rate instead of my 4.3% int deal because I wanted to use out of the house financing. I was either forced to cancel the deal or accept an 11% interest rate instead of my 4.3% interest rate.. extremely unethical would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It also looks like they sold it behind my back to a better deal since it never came back on the market. More

So I figured I would try them out for a front end alignment on one of my vehicles. Turns out that was a big mistake, I walked in for a simple alignment and walked out with a quote for 5500$ to replac alignment on one of my vehicles. Turns out that was a big mistake, I walked in for a simple alignment and walked out with a quote for 5500$ to replace perfectly functioning/working parts! The tech who suggested the replacement parts/labor to tell me what was wrong….. the kicker- I had to pay a 99$ diagnosis fee after that and no alignment….. I then went to a reputable tire shop that does alignments, they verified that I did not need to replace the components noller had suggested ….. I hope they are not trying to take advantage of people because it sure seems like it! More
