So I figured I would try them out for a front end alignment on one of my vehicles. Turns out that was a big mistake, I walked in for a simple alignment and walked out with a quote for 5500$ to replac alignment on one of my vehicles. Turns out that was a big mistake, I walked in for a simple alignment and walked out with a quote for 5500$ to replace perfectly functioning/working parts! The tech who suggested the replacement parts/labor to tell me what was wrong….. the kicker- I had to pay a 99$ diagnosis fee after that and no alignment….. I then went to a reputable tire shop that does alignments, they verified that I did not need to replace the components noller had suggested ….. I hope they are not trying to take advantage of people because it sure seems like it! More
