First contact Salesman was great. The test drive was great. Got to the final money guy. Numbers were off by $2000, and we didn't have what we negotiated. We had to decline three times in rapid succession because we didn't want their service contract. We live hours away from the dealership. It made no sense to have it even if we lived close by. Good people, poor execution, need better training with the final money guy. The car was good for the price. So it was worth the time, but read every line of that purchase contract. Otherwise, you'll walk out paying 2k - 8k more. My first-ever car-buying experience was from a dealership. I've bought several cars private party beforehand. More
