I was pleased with the service. I was not pleased that we had to wait as long as we did. We were in the store about 5 hours. However, I cannot blame the staff because there were man I was not pleased that we had to wait as long as we did. We were in the store about 5 hours. We came looking for a particular car that was just listed, and we were on our way home with smiles on our faces after just 3 hours. He was my car salesman angel, keeping me calm and walking me through everything when I needed to get our bank on the phone (rushing right before closing time).
