Extended wait period. Waited 2 hours for a simple oil change. Had not heard anything after 65 minutes so asked my service person and was told would be another hour. Guess I Waited 2 hours for a simple oil change. Had not heard anything after 65 minutes so asked my service person and was told would be another hour. Guess I should have asked how long the wait would be when I check in in however with an 8:15am appointment I was shocked I was there 2 hours. I will say that when I purchased my vehicle in August 2019 the salesman was wonderful--helpful, informative and no high pressure. More
