Great service. Fun kids area but dirty toys. Great service. Mark attended to me quickly and explained everything well. The toyotacare took 1 hour minutes for tire rotation and brake inspection Great service. Mark attended to me quickly and explained everything well. The toyotacare took 1 hour minutes for tire rotation and brake inspection and additional 15 minutes for a quick replacement, which is about what I expected. I love getting a car wash with my service too! The waiting area was frustrating with the kids. There were complementary cookies, which the kids and I were originally excited about. However, no chocolate chip cookies left and all the sugar cookies were stuck together. My 5 year old declined to eat a “ funny shaped cookie”. The kids area was fun with tv on Disney jr, tables with chairs, and some toys. Unfortunately, the toys were filthy and covered in dirt. I wiped off a pile of mega blocks for the baby to play with and we all washed our hands before leaving. I am docking this review 1 star due to my experience in the waiting area. More

Evening appointments with extra service. Starting with the scheduling person on the phone, the service was GREAT.
