This was a long time coming, and Scott Smith made the whole process so much easier. I was replacing my 12 year old (Luther Nissan) Rogue and was pretty sure I wanted a hybrid SUV. After speaking with Scott on the phone, I built one online, then went in to see him at the dealership to decide if this is what I wanted. It was. Scott was knowledgable, affable, and laughed at all my punchlines. Since I had done a fair amount of homework already, Scott understood my need to "fill in the holes," and ultimately, that made my decision so much easier. That there was a configuration immediately available also helped me to decide quickly. Although I tend to keep my cars for 10+ years, I would go back to Scott in a heartbeat. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with him and at Luther Toyota. Thank you, Scott, for taking my call in the first place! More
